CURRENT BASE RATES and AVAILABILITY:
Base rate starting $800 per night (4-5 night minimum) up to 6 people. Additional $50 per person per night after 6 people. Additional one time cleaning fee of $300. Upon approval, well-behaved dogs allowed with additional pet fee of $300 per dog (per week). Seasonal: Pontoon rental at $200 per day (life jackets and fuel included).
SEASONAL RATES/WEEKENDS/HIGH DEMAND TIMES
Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and high demand times subject to higher rates.
DEPOSIT:
$500 refundable security deposit required at the time of reservation (transaction thru Vrbo).
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check in 4:00 PM/check out 10:00 AM (Flexible check in/out available pending availability).
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICIES:
50% payment due at time of booking and the remaining 50% balance due 15 days prior to your stay. 50% refund of deposit and rent if cancelled within 7 days of check-in. Full refund of deposit and rent if cancelled 14 days prior to your reserved rates.
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
Rental agreement and guest registration to be signed prior to your arrival.
